HOT STONES & WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE
While gliding heated basalt stones and warm bamboo along the body this is a spa massage that promotes deep levels of relaxation and helps to loosen tight muscles. Radiant heat from the stones and bamboo soothes aches and tension and allows for increased blood flow and even greater detoxing benefits.

WARM HIMALAYAN SALT STONE MASSAGE
Similar to Hot Stones for Massage, the warmed himalayan salt stones are used in a Swedish massage technique to relax tissue and provide a calming experience. Himalayan salt has essential minerals including iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium that are absorbed into the skin and can reduce inflammation which may promote healing in muscles and joints. Salt stone massage is very soothing and can restore natural hydration to the skin.
